I have used Ray from Andover Mobility for years. He services my two scooters for me. He even cleans them before handing them back.
I find his work of good quality and his prices are reasonable. With a £40 service charge it is a help during the current time.
He helped me when one of my scooters broke down when I was out and couldn’t get home.
He is available 7 days a week which is good because I don’t need to worry about any problems arising at the weekend. I know I can give him a ring.
He is very easy to talk to and has the patient to explain things, especially as I do forget. He also has a great sense of humour.
Obviously he has at times, had to get me new batteries and tyres, he has always had my scooter (s) back to me within a couple of days, but that’s only because he has had to wait for the battery/tyres.
He doesn’t charge for call outs which by today’s standard is a blessing.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
